Artists Ask

Is my work safe?

We have door to door insurance coverage, making sure your work is safe the whole time. In the unlikely event that your work is damaged you will be paid the total retail value of the piece, and the Host will be flagged for removal from our platform.


How do I price my work?

Pricing artwork is notoriously elusive. To get a value estimate on your work take a look at other artists who are selling at your level and consider size as an indicator. Check out this great resource on the Artwork Archive to get an idea. If you have sold in the past look at what the market will bear, ask trusted galleries or art professionals you have worked with, and try and look objectively at how well sales do in a given market.


What if I need my work back?

If you need your work back before the term of your Foster is over, you simply have to pay the shipping on that piece. Reach out to the Host via our messaging system and select “return request”. Try to allow for roughly two weeks for any returns.
